Refunds And Returns
Bolin Webb will refund or replace all un-used purchases within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please follow the process below to return a product.
- Let us know you wish you to return a product by emailing us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include your Order # and reason for return.
- Send the item back to the address provided within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return – we recommend sending your product recorded delivery just in case anything goes missing.
- On receipt of the product, we will refund your purchase and send an email to confirm this.
Each razor comes with a 2 year-guarantee. The guarantee is against any mechanism or assembly failures but does NOT guarantee against issues with paint or finish. If you are experiencing a problem with your razor and have any questions. Please get in touch via email using email@example.com.
If you wish to exchange a product for any reason, please return your item within 14 days by following the standard returns procedure above. We will exchange on receipt.
